Please note that as with all of our certificates, we are not selling redeemable ownership interests or transferring any rights in the company, but we are selling an authentic stock certificate as a collectible. As a leader in the area of Scripophily, we requested and received a position letter from the Securities and Exchange Commission in order to sell modern company stock certificates that have not been cancelled. Therefore, if we are selling a company's certificate that is still trading on an exchange and the certificate has not been cancelled, we will sell it in accordance with the SEC position letter issued to our company. Consistent with this arrangement which has been incorporated in eBay's policies, these certificates are single-shares and are non transferable and non redeemable. Furthermore, these certificates are issued in the name of our company (Scripophily) and contains no personal names or information to detract from the presentation or future value.
